1. CONFERENCE VENUE

2. TRANSPORT FROM/TO AIRPORT

The legal points of entry to the Republic of Cyprus are Larnaca International Airport (LCA) and Pafos International Airport (PFO) (http://www.hermesairports.com). Participants have to make their own travel arrangements and cover their travel expenses. Here is some useful information:

(a) Shuttle bus services

Tickets cost 8 Euros each way. The shuttle buses run to and from Larnaca International Airport & Nicosia (for further information visit: http://www.kapnosairportshuttle.com). Please note that, travelers have to be at the shuttle bus station at least 15 minutes before the departure of the bus. The distance between Larnaca Airport and Nicosia, is approximately 45 minutes and should be taken into account when planning transportation.

Arriving at the Airport: The shuttle bus will transfer passengers to the shuttle bus station in Nicosia which is in a short distance from the hotels. However, participants will have to take a taxi from there, to transfer them to their Hotel. The taxi drive will approximately cost €10.

Departing from the Hotel: A taxi can transfer participants at the shuttle bus station and from there they can take the shuttle bus for the airport. Passengers will have to be at the airport at least 1.5 hours before their flight. A mentioned above, the distance between Nicosia and Larnaca Airport, is approximately 45 minutes and should be taken into account when planning transportation.

(b) Taxis Services

There are taxis outside the airport that can transfer participants to Nicosia. Prices for taxis range depending on destination. Indicatively, the lowest price for a drive from Larnaca Airport to Nicosia, is around €50. Taxis can be booked on arrival and/or on departure.
